    IDF Forces Uncover Explosives - Israel claims to have uncovered a suicide bomb lab in the Nablus Casbah. IDF forces state it uncovered an explosives laboratory that manufactured material for use in suicide bombings against Israeli civilians and security forces.



    ”The laboratory contained 6 explosive belts, (3 of which were ready for use), 25kg of T.A.T.P explosives material, and additional chemicals intended for use in explosive devices. IDF forces also found a suitcase filled with explosives and ball bearings,” the IDF stated. The explosives laboratory was detonated in a controlled explosion.

    Sunday, May 18th, clashes erupted between the Israeli Occupation Force (IOF) and at least 80 Palestinian youth of the Balata refugee camp near Nablus. IOF entered Balata in an armored personnel carrier (APC) and a jeep at 4.25 AM. See... Clashes in Balata Refugee Camp, Nablus

    IDF forces arrested overnight (May 19, 2003 Israel Time), 18 wanted Palestinians throughout the West Bank, including the parents of the terrorist who carried out the suicide bombing yesterday at the Sha'ar Hamakaim Mall in Afula. The parents of the suicide bomber were arrested in Tubas, north east of Hebron.



    In addition, IDF forces arrested 8 wanted Palestinians in Hebron. IDF forces also arrested 2 Hamas terrorists in the Al-Amri refugee camp near Ramallah, and 3 wanted Palestinians in Al-Hadab, south of Hebron.

    IDF forces arrested three additional wanted Palestinians, two in Yatta and one in Hebron.

    Israel: Suicide Bomber Strikes At Afula Mall - At approximately 5:15pm Israel time, a suicide bomber blew herself up at the main entrance of the Sha'ar Ha'amakim Mall in Afula, apparently while undergoing a routine security check. A number of people have been killed and dozens more wounded. All casualties have been evacuated from the site of the attack.
