BP drops prices by
10 cents
Market leader BP today said motorists won’t find another service station with a better price than BP.
BP today dropped petrol and diesel prices by 10 cents a litre at its company-owned service stations throughout the country.
BP’s Managing Director Peter Griffiths promised customers that BP would always meet – or better - its competition.
“We will never ask customers to pay more at a BP service station than elsewhere.”
Mr Griffiths advised motorists to look at the price boards outside service stations before choosing where to fill up. “Discount prices can be found everywhere. We offer our customers more than great prices; we also give them superior fuels that are better for their cars and the environment, and convenience stores that leave our competitors’ stores behind.”
We have been the market leader for over 10 years and will hold that position into the future through providing sharply priced fuels and giving excellent service on our forecourts.”
