Scoop Images: 36 Hours Of Wind And Rain In Blighty

The above is a supercomputer weather forecast picture for 18 hours ahead showing the anticipated weather pattern over Great Britain and Western Europe. It is not a good time to try crossing the English Channel it seems. The coloured lines represent rain. While the packed isobars and the low pressure system represent the path of the storm, high winds and generally a fairly foul few hours of weather. The storm would appear to be slow moving.
