Supercomputer Weather: 10 Day Big Chill Forecast

According to the NOAA supercomputer, the big chill the country has been experiencing for the last couple of weeks is not scheduled to go anywhere in a hurry.

Over the next 10 days NOAA's medium range forecast model is forecasting a continuing series of southerly blows, many of them bringing more snow to the mountains in the South. The ongoing southerlies keep temperatures South of the Bombay Hills resolutely under the 13 degree mark for the foreseeable future.

The images above show this Sunday’s temperature and rain outlook. As can be seen it is not a weekend made for picnicking.
