Gareth Farr and Prime Minister Helen Clark at last night's special function to celebrate the 30th birthday of the Dowse Art Museum.

Over 500 guests listened as the Prime Minister announced Athfield Architects as the winner of the architectural competition for the proposed extension to the museum, and Farr and two other drummers performed a percussion piece.
