Supercomputer Weather Fit For A Climate Conference

On Friday NZ Time, Thursday local time, leaders from around the world will convene a meeting in Bonn, Germany to discuss the future of the climate.

As the picture from the NOAA weather supercomputer below shows, the climate itself appears to have a relatively clear view on the subject. Rain is expected for 200km in every direction around Bonn on the day the talks open.

In the picture the coloured areas show places where it is raining. Purple shows light rain, blue heavier rain and the red dot the most intense area of precipitation.

At the top of the far left of the picture a glimpse of dry Western Scotland can be seen. Meanwhile in the bottom right a glimpse Albania looks to be out of the wet zone.
