12.30 Alastair Duncan. The head of the Union of Food Handlers says new plans to do mandatory drug tests on hospitality workers is just putting an ambulance at the bottom of the cliff. While the Union are not faulting the principle involved, they are worried about the prospect of drug tests for hospitality staff. Alastair Duncan will tell us about his reservations when it comes to drug testing.

12.15 Neville Waldren. The head of the Restaurant Association will be joining us to discusss the plan. The RA is pushing the idea following a survey which finds 40% of all New Zealanders have used drugs in the past year.

12.45 Michael Belgrave. Winston Peters says the Waitangi Tribunal is no longer fulfilling its function :in fact it has become a divisive force in New Zealand society. He wants it replaced with a Commission to establish "true facts". He also wants all references to the "principles of the treaty" removed from legislation. Now, you'll remember that Don Brash had a problem with those same Principles back in Orewa last year, and even the Govt has admitted these principles are problematic. So is Peters on to something with this policy? We'll ask Michael Belgrave, Associate Professor of Social Policy at Massey for his expert opinion.

1.00 Selwyn Manning. The co-editor of Scoop.co.nz in his latest incarnation as an author joins us in the studio to discuss his new book. "I almost forgot about the moon": The Disinformation Campaign Against Ahmed Zaoui" is being launched tonight.
