Hobbs' allowances
referred to Parliamentary Services
Labour deputy leader
Michael Cullen said today that issues surrounding
parliamentary allowances claimed by Marian Hobbs are being
examined by Parliamentary Services.
"There are some issues
needing clarification. Marian has asked that Parliamentary
Services, who oversee MPs' salaries and allowances, look
into the matter.
"I have referred the matter to
Parliamentary Services and we now await their report," Dr
Cullen
said.
