2. CHRIS CARTER to the Prime Minister: Why did the Government decide to make a formal apology to members of the Chinese community?

Hon BILL ENGLISH to the Prime Minister: How will the Government's policies to ratify the Kyoto Protocol ahead of our trading partners, place a two-year moratorium on genetic modification, fine employers for workplace stress, and set up more committees contribute to the goal stated in yesterday's Prime Ministerial statement of achieving growth rates "consistently above the OECD average for a number of years"?
