"This is Helengrad Calling"

"This is Helengrad Calling"

"While you wait for surgery, you may rest assured that tax dollars stolen from you are being spent on politically-correct, braindead state broadcasting - and braindead broadcasting is here to stay (and grow) under Helen Clark," observed Libertarianz Leader and Tauranga Candidate Russell Watkins today.

"Helen Clark's is fascist-like in her adherence to the notion that all New Zealanders must be unified under a single cultural identity," says Watkins. "Clark promotes the myth that there is something healthy about watching tax-victim funded politically correct brainwashing on state controlled TV - as if forcibly funded state broadcasting was somehow neutral!"

Watkins sugggests Clark has "succumbed to the wining and dining of the chardonnay socialist film-production and music-recording industries." He says that both industries are "as eager to extract stolen tax dollars from the public as they are unable to extract those dollars from the public willingly - rather than earn their living honestly they would rather the taxman keep them afloat."

It is time, he says, that broadcasting was completely removed from the sphere of the state and simply set free to surive or die on its own merits. "Libertarianz would eliminate all state involvement in broadcasting, and let broadcasters use whatever mediums they could gain property rights in, to broadcast whatever they wished." he concluded.

It's enough to make you vote Libertarianz !
