Questions to Ministers


1. Hon ROGER SOWRY to the Minister of Transport: Does he have full confidence that the Civil Aviation Authority's procedures and audit processes for proper airline safety standards and checks are adequate; if not, why not?

2. GEORGINA BEYER to the Minister of Social Services and Employment: What reports has he received on the long-term costs associated with young people not being in employment, education or training?

3. Rt Hon WINSTON PETERS to the Minister of Immigration: Can prospective New Zealand residents enter New Zealand visa-free?

4. GORDON COPELAND to the Associate Minister of Education (Tertiary Education): Can he confirm that Skill New Zealand has been asked to be proactive in giving preference to Maori owned and operated skill training providers?

5. STEPHEN FRANKS to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Why has he withheld the full section on the business outlook for Radio New Zealand Limited, and most of the business outlook for Television New Zealand Limited, when releasing his incoming briefing papers?
