Confidence and supply agreement working well


Prime Minister Helen Clark today welcomed the passing of the Victim Rights Bill in Parliament, a government measure that was supported by the United Future Party.

Helen Clark said she was pleased that the government, which has support on confidence and supply for this term of Parliament under an agreement reached with United Future, had acted quickly on a policy priority of the government coalition partners, and United Future.

“There are many other issues on which the two coalition parties and United Future will work together as we continue to build a constructive relationship,” Helen Clark said.
