ACC to review Becker decision
ACC Minister Ruth Dyson today confirmed that she had asked ACC to review its decision to suspend Ryan Becker’s entitlement to rehabilitation support from ACC.
Ms Dyson said the review would include a medical case review by an independent, appropriately qualified specialist, and a review of ACC’s processes in reaching the decision.
Ms Dyson requested the review on 21 January in response to a letter from Waimakariri MP Clayton Cosgrove alerting her to the decision.
