1. Hon BILL ENGLISH to the Prime Minister: Does she have confidence in her Associate Minister of Justice (Hon Margaret Wilson); if so, why?

2. JILL PETTIS to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What recent reports has he received about improvements in social outcomes in New Zealand?

3. Rt Hon WINSTON PETERS to the Associate Minister of Justice: Does she intend to reconcile her reported comments, that the planned law change would clarify that the Crown and thus the public in general owned beach foreshores and seabed, with the Labour Maori members’ statement on the foreshore and seabed of New Zealand; if so, how?
