DEBORAH CODDINGTON to the Minister with responsibility for Auckland Issues: Following her advice yesterday that "Rates are one of the things that affect all of our choices about where we live" and that she regrets the choices that rate hikes have forced some Auckland ratepayers to make, what choices was she talking about for the Aucklanders who can't afford to pay their rates that are due today?
