Refugee Hiv Infection Outrageous Says Peters

Refugee Hiv Infection Outrageous Says Peters

Rt Hon Winston Peters has called on the “successful and popular” Prime Minister to explain why an HIV positive Zimbabwean refugee has been allowed to stay here to commit violent crimes and infect women with the AIDS virus.

This follows the court appearance of Shingirayi Nyarirangwe in the Auckland District Court yesterday facing charges of rape, kidnapping and infecting with HIV. He is also charged with wounding, criminal nuisance, assaulting a female, threatening to kill and stealing a motor vehicle.

“As these women suffer from their miserable and truncated lives, they have two other offenders to blame – the Prime Minister and her Immigration Minister - whose open border policies for the world’s riff-raff allowed this scumbag to come to New Zealand and remain here.

“It is outrageous that these female politicians can place New Zealand women at such awful risk.

“Why was this man allowed here? Why was a so-called refugee from the African continent not tested for AIDS? Why was he allowed to roam free in our society committing sex crimes and crimes of violence.

“It is time for the Prime Minister to front up and admit that her immigration policies are imperiling New Zealanders,” said Mr Peters.
