ALRANZ Slams "Holocaust" - IVF Comparison

ALRANZ Slams Fundamentalist Academic "Holocaust" -IVF Comparison.

"Christian Right education activist Bruce Logan should be deeply ashamed of himself for using his recent odious comparison of liberal in vitro fertilisation access for lesbians, single women and men to the Nazi regime." ALRANZ Research Officer Craig Young said today, commenting on Logan's pressure in the fundamentalist newspaper Challenge Weekly.

"Although ALRANZ is primarily focused on abortion rights, contraception, and comprehensive sexuality education, it is worth remembering that the Nazis banned abortion for German women, and forcibly sterilised Jewish women. In addition, thousands of lesbians and gay men were starved or overworked to death within Hitler's concentration camps."

"I wonder if Mr.Logan is prepared to give up his pressure group's support for the anti-abortion and anti-gay movements on that basis. No? Then use inflammatory Nazi comparisons in public debate?"
