Last Two Days
The
Sludgegate trial will finish on Tuesday December 19
confirmed Justice Chambers on Friday.
Counsel for both
sides will present closing submissions over the next two
days. Adrian Chisholm's barrister Chris La Hatte will
present his closing submission all day Monday. Council's
legal team will present their closing submission to the
court for most of the day Tuesday, with the last session
from 3:30pm reserved for Chris La Hatte to reply.
The
judge's decision is expected in the new year.
