All the parties contesting this year’s general election have issued and registered their Party Lists.

But, who is actually on them? What are their backgrounds? How does a voter compare these Lists?

Every voter has a List vote, so Lists are important in MMP elections.

policy.net.nz is the only place where you can compare party lists, with a clear, concise summary indicating who is ranked where for each party, their backgrounds, and with the incumbent status of all sitting MP’s. Almost all senior list member names are hot-linked to their biographies.

These are the people who will be implementing party policy after the votes are counted on July 27. Voters need this comparative information, and it is available on policy.net.nz
