Australian Bombers Fly NZ Skies On Anzac Day

Australian F111 fighter aircraft will conduct a flypast over the Dunedin Cemetery at 0930 on ANZAC Day to salute their fallen comrades, coinciding with the cemetery’s wreath laying ceremony.

The aircraft from 82 Wing of the Royal Australian Air Force’s Air Combat Group are in New Zealand over the ANZAC weekend as part of a routine crew-training programme and will be operating out of the RNZAF base in Ohakea.
