By tomorrow, (Tuesday) all MPs and most election candidates will have received for perusal their own hard-copy of a comprehensive
pre-election employment contract and accountability oath containing a full job description, performance criteria and numerous safeguards for
the electorate constituents (the employer). [A copy is available for instant viewing on the M-Pact website - www.m-pact.org.nz]

The non-partisan M-pact strategy offers New Zealanders the opportunity to take back control of their political process, to redesign the rules of
the game, to vote according to entirely new criteria and demand responsible, quality service and performance from elected eMPloyees in the
form of true representative democracy.

Over 95% of eligible voters approached enthusiastically embrace the M-Pact strategy in which voters pledge that they will not vote for, or
consider, any candidate who has not fully guaranteed their accountability by signing the M-Pact contract. The contract thus becomes the
pre-requisite for access to the mass of pledged votes which will accumulate in electorates around the nation between now and the election.

NZ House of Representatives

Wellington

Dear Applicant for Reinstatement in the Position of Parliamentary Representative

As you may or may not be aware, the central issue of concern for citizens in this election is accountability, without which true representative
democracy is not possible. It is the issue on which the outcome of all other issues hinges if those outcomes are to reflect the will of the people.
New Zealand citizens are now primed and ready to vote in accordance with entirely new criteria.

In the event that you will be putting yourself forward once again in the coming election, one prerequisite has now become essential to render an
applicant acceptable for consideration for the job of people's representative - an absolute guarantee of accountability and responsibility to the
constituent.

This guarantee comes in the form of the enclosed Pre-election Employment Contract and Accountability Oath. Kindly take the time now to look
it over as you will, in all likelihood, be contacted by the media today or tomorrow in relation to your intentions in this regard.

Yours in faith,

Joe Rifici
