Computers For Children In Need

Computers will be presented on Friday 18 May at the Christchurch City Council offices to a group that supports children who have relations in prison or have been released recently.

The Regional Manager of Telecom and the chairwoman of the Community Services Committee, Cr. Carole Anderton, will present the computers to Just Us Youth at 9am in the Mayor's Reception Area, first floor, Civic Offices, Tuam Street, this Friday.

The computers will be used for homework tutoring programmes.
