Unveiling Of Sydenham School Memorial Garden

Various items from the former Sydenham Primary School have been donated for use in the Sydenham School Memorial Garden in the Buchan Reserve, at the corner of Buchan and Wordsworth streets.

The Garden will be unveiled at 10.30am on Saturday 7 July 2001. Morning tea will followed the ceremony.

Items donated to the Garden include the school bell, three plaques, an elm tree, a tree seat, and concrete gate posts which will be placed at the entrances to the reserve.
