Hutt Beaches All Clear
Regular water sampling of the harbour ( "Baywatch") indicates that Petone and Eastbourne beaches are safe for swimming.
Hutt City took samples from two sites where last week treated sewage had been discharged into the harbour and the results have come back clear.
All beaches have now been given the all clear for swimming.
