Civic completion date is mid-2006

A previous release gave the date as April 2006, which is Canam's contract (cost:$36.2m) completion date but not the estimated completion date of the overall project. Fit out and commissioning work will follow, which will take a couple of months before the Council actually moves in. The mid-2006 date takes into consideration unforeseen delays, such as extraordinary weather conditions.
