Volunteers called to plant one of city’s prime walkways
Join Coastcare Rangers on Sunday 4 September planting the Giant’s Nose, the city’s prime cliff-top walkway, with native trees and shrubs.
To reach the Giant’s Nose follow the Taylors Mistake reserve walkway to the parapenting take-off area off Taylors Mistake Rd. Cars can be parked at Nicholson Park. The walkway will be signposted from Taylors Mistake Rd.
Planting will be done from 10.30am until noon, followed by a barbecue and drinks provided by the rangers.
