Weather Update

Media advisory: 9.30am 12 June.

Good morning,

Buses are no longer running up Dyer's Pass Road or through to the Sign of the Takahe. These bus services are terminating at Thorington Shops and Princess Margaret hospital respectively.

The bottom half of Dyers Pass Road is now also closed. This is currently under review and may reopen in the near future. Hackthorne Road is still open, however. The Summit Road from the and the Sign of the Kiwi to Gebbies Pass is now also closed.

The intersection at Wigram Road and Hayton Roads is also in flooding. It will probably be closed all day. Detours are available in the area.

Banks Peninsula appears to have missed all snow and all roads there are clear and open there.
