15/8/06 Two males both with medical conditions were transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.

15/8/06 A female with chest pain was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

15/8/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male with chest pain to Auckland City Hospital.

16/8/06 A beacon search was carried out in Coromandel. Nothing found, returned to Mechanics Bay.

16/8/06 A male with chest pain was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

17/8/06 After falling from a ladder a male was transported from Rakino Island to Auckland City Hospital.

18/8/06 A male with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

20/8/06 A pregnant woman was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

20/8/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a woman with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.
