North Harbour Club President Peter Wall says: "Being a very high achiever in any field is far from being an easy task. It takes huge talent, commitment and passion from the young person and, more often than not, a great deal of support from their families. We are delighted to be able to help our AIMES Awards recipients overcome some of their financial hurdles so that they might reach their goals a little sooner, and we are always thrilled to hear of their subsequent national and international successes."

The North Harbour Club accepts entries from all parts of the North Harbour region, which encompasses the North Shore, Rodney and some parts of Waitakere City.
