Incident Type: Fatal Stabbing

A 50 year old man has been arrested in relation to the fatal stabbing of a 15 year old youth in Southview Place, Manurewa last night. Details of events leading up to the altercation are still being investigated.

The youth died at the scene. A briefing will be notified in due course and interim enquiries can be directed to the on duty media liaison officer, Darragh O'Riordan on 027 2236743.
