Bank Robbery in Auckland City District

New Zealand Police Alert 11:40am 25 Aug 2008 Auckland City

Location of incident: 528 Mt Albert Road

Incident type: Bank Robbery

At approximately 11:40 pm 2 heavily disguised males have carried an Aggravated Robbery of the Three Kings ASB situated in the Three Kings Plaza, 528 Mount Albert Road, Three Kings.

During the robbery one of the offenders has presented a firearm at the bank tellers while his associate has taken a quantity of cash.

The offenders have then got into a black and silver stolen Subaru Forester with the registration EJP105 vehicle that was immediately parked outside the bank entrance. The vehicle has then exited at speed out of the car park onto Henshaw Road before disappearing.

Police would like to hear from anyone who has knowledge of the offenders and who has knowledge of the whereabouts of the stolen vehicle.
