Bank Account Well In The Black For Thames Lotto Winner

While the All Blacks play their rivals Australia tonight, a lucky player from Thames will be well in the black after winning Lotto’s First Division prize of $1 million, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive, Todd McLeay.

“For tonight, black is all good for these winners – and hopefully for the All Blacks too!” says Mr McLeay.

The winning million dollar ticket was sold at Paper Plus Thames.

Another jackpot for Powerball tonight means the First Division prize has grown to a massive $8 million for next week’s draw.

Strike Four was also not struck tonight and will jackpot to $300,000 for next week’s draw.

Tonight’s Winning Wheel spinner, Wilson Youkhana from Wellington, spun up a $250,000 prize on the live Lotto draw at Avalon Studios this evening.

Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was bought at Kawakawa Mitre 10. The serial number is 801-14234631-20xx.

All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy. Players can check their ticket at any lottery outlet.

“Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any NZ Lotteries outlet," says Mr McLeay.
