Opportunities for embedded software developers affected by the Christchurch Earthquake
Dynamic Controls employs a number of embedded software developers but we're currently looking for more. We don't want to poach anyone's employees but if there are affected businesses in the CBD who have embedded software people in particular on their team and they can't currently offer them work due to constraints etc then we have a suggestion.

Our thoughts is we could employ them in our business on a limited short term contract at their same rate of pay - this could help the individuals in terms of job security, the companies in terms of wages pressure relieve and retention, and us in terms of a short term shot in development arm.
