STEPHEN MORRIS APPOINTED GENERAL MANAGER OF WELLINGTON’S AVIDA MEDITERRANEAN BAR AND RESTAURANT
Well-known hospitality personality Stephen Morris
has been appointed General Manager of the newly opened Avida
bar on the corner of Featherston and Johnston Streets.
Stephen’s hospitality career has included the legendary Boulcott Street Bistro and his own Copita restaurant. Most recently, he was General Manager of Shed 5 on Wellington’s waterfront. He has also worked at the acclaimed Bellota Tapas bar and restaurant in SkyCity Auckland.
Stephen brings a wealth of international wine experience, a dry wit, and a ready smile to the service team at Avida.
He also intends giving a Spanish twist to the current Mediterranean offerings at Avida.
