Fatal Accident Kaikoura

Fatal Accident


At about 10.21am Saturday 28 January 2012, Culverden and Kaikoura Emergency Services were called to the scene of a fatal electrocution accident, at a rural address in the Hurunui District.

A 39 year old male was fatally electrocuted by a power line that had come down from a power pole.

The name of the deceased will not be released at this stage until next of kin can be notified.
