Wellington Police release CCTV images of two people of interest in alleyway assault
Wellington Police have released CCTV images of two people of interest they wish to identify and speak to in relation to a street robbery in an alleyway connecting Victoria and Edward Streets.
Detective Sergeant Corey Watts of the Wellington CIB says the two males in the attached CCTV images are believed to have been in the vicinity of the incident, which occurred around 1030pm on Tuesday night.
Detective Sergeant Watts says an 18 year old male was assaulted by up to three males and received a broken nose, some broken teeth, bruising swelling and cuts to his head, face and mouth.
"We would like to hear from anyone who may be able to assist us in identifying these two males so we can make contact with them in relation to our ongoing inquiry."
