OVERNIGHT MOTORWAY CLOSURES
12 – 18 February 2012
The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 17 February.
NORTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)
• Southbound lanes between Waiwera off ramp and Orewa on ramp 15 February (approx 6:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.)
• Northbound lanes between Silverdale off ramp and Waiwera on ramp 14 February (approx 9:00p.m. to 6:00am.)
• Orewa northbound on ramp 14 February (approx 9:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.)
• Silverdale northbound on ramp 14 February (approx 9:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.)
• Access restriction to Silverdale southbound on ramp 13 February
• Southbound lanes between Tristram Avenue off ramp and Northcote Road on ramp 14 - 15 February
• Tristram Avenue southbound on ramp 14 - 16 February
• Northcote Road northbound on ramp 13 - 14 February
• Northcote Road northbound off ramp 12 - 13 February
CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (SH1 & SH16)
• Southbound lanes between Shelly Beach Road off ramp and Hobson Street on ramp 12 - 13 February (approx 11:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Southbound lanes between Fanshawe Street off ramp and Hobson Street on ramp 14 - 16 February (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Northbound lanes between Nelson Street off ramp and Curran Street on ramp 12 & 14 - 16 February (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Northbound lanes between Nelson Street off ramp and Curran Street on ramp 13 February (approx 12:00a.m to 5:00a.m.)
• Fanshawe Street northbound on ramp 12, 14 – 16 & 18 February (approx 12:00a.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Fanshawe Street northbound on ramp 13 February (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• SH16 eastbound to SH1 northbound link 12 – 16 February (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

• Right turn access from the Gillies Avenue southbound off ramp 12 - 16 February (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

• Market Road northbound off ramp 12 February (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Nikau Road southbound on ramp 16 February (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Razorback Road southbound off ramp 16 February (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

NORTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH16)
• Westbound lanes between Te Atatu Road off ramp and Lincoln Road on ramp 12 - 16 February
• Te Atatu Road westbound on ramp 12 - 16 February
