Missing Person
At 00:58hours 11th February 2012, Police received numerous calls describing a male person running on the North Bound Carriageways of the Auckland Harbour Bridge.
A search was conducted and after a short while the police helicopter located the person in the water. Unfortunately the person disappeared from view.
The Police launch has been unable to locate this person.
Members of the public provided two different 2
descriptions;
1, a young European male, late teens,
slight in build, with dark hair of average length, he was
wearing light pants and shirt.
2, male 25/30 years old,
blue dress shirt and pants.
Members of the public are requested to call Police with any information they may have relating to the missing male.
