A female pedestrian was killed when struck by a car on Karaka Road, just south of Great South Road, Drury.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the location and Police are speaking with him.
Emergency services are on scene and the matter is being investigated by the Police Serious Crash unit.
Diversions are in place on Karaka and MacPherson Road to the south and Karaka and Great South Road to the north.
