Man charged with kidnapping of Rae Portman
Counties Manukau Police have arrested and charged a 32 year old man from Hamilton with the kidnapping of Rae Portman.
The male will be appearing in the Papakura District Court this morning.
Detective Inspector Mark Gutry says "More charges are likely to follow. The homicide investigation team are still working hard on this enquiry and need the public's assistance. If anyone has information they are urged to contact Counties Manukau Police immediately or call 0800 RAEPORTMAN. We want to find Rae's body and bring her home to her family and friends."
