Full description:
At approximately 14.55pm, a crash occured involving a car and a motorbike at the intersection of Birdwood Road and Crows Rd, Ranui. The motorcyclist died at the scene.

The road is closed and diversions are in place. Police are at the scene and an investigation into the cause of the crash has commenced.

No further information on the circumstances of the crash will be released and no details of the deceased will be released until next of kin have been advised.
