Police arrest Manurewa man in relation to murder of Alicia McCallion
Counties Manukau Police have this morning arrested a 39 year old Manurewa man in relation to the murder of Alicia McCallion.
Detective Inspector Mark Gutry says, “The arrest is as a result of enquiries and forensic examination that have been conducted since the homicide last Tuesday.”
The man will be appearing in the Manukau District Court today.

The ministry says the business has failed to recruit and retain quality staff – and says the kaimahi (caregivers) that have been employed are seriously unsuitable for the job, lacking basic knowledge.
