A cream coloured vehicle stopped on Balmoral Street and a male approached the young female, grabbing her by the arm and asking directions to a nearby park.
The male held her tightly by the arm for a period of time before getting back into his vehicle and heading north on Balmoral Street before turning left into Liverpool Street.
