Pt Chevalier School Arson
Just before
4:00am this morning emergency services responded to a fire
at the Pt Chevalier Primary School.
The fire had caused
extensive damage to several buildings at the school.
Nobody was injured and the cause of the fire appears to
have been deliberately started.
Avondale Police CIB have
commenced a full investigation into the arson of the Pt
Chevalier Primary School.
As a result, late this
afternoon, Avondale CIB, have located and interviewed two
14yr old boys in relation to the arson.
Both boys have
admitted starting the fire, at the Pt Chevalier School, and
the matter will be refered to the Youth Aid Section.
