Serious Injury Auckland City Crash -

Just after 4am emergency services were called to two car crash in St Jude Street, Avondale.

St Jude Street was closed between Blockhouse Bay Road and Great North Road while one of the  occupants was cut from the wreckage by the Fire Service.

The trapped person was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Three other people suffered minor injuries.

The Serious Crash unit is investigating the cause to the crash.
