Information sought on Ashburton aggravated robbery

Ashburton Police are appealing for information in relation to an aggravated robbery last night.
Just after 9pm on Tuesday 15 October an aggravated robbery occurred at the Netherby Four Square on the corner of Albert and Bridge Streets, Ashburton.
The offender is believed to be a male Maori, approximately 25 to 35 years of age.
The man presented a knife at a shop attendant who had just left the store.
He demanded cash and made her re-enter the store and remove a sum of money from the office area.
The offender then fled and is believed to have left in a dark blue vehicle.
