Adam Holland: Independent Candidate for Christchurch East

Adam Holland: Independent Candidate for Christchurch-East By Election.

A few ideas I stand for -

- Ending all foreign aid, then reallocating those funds to rebuilding a stronger Christchurch.

- Not one more of our soldiers sent overseas to fight illegal wars instigated by the USA.

- Legalising many more substances than just cannabis. We shouldn't be treating drug user as criminals, but rather as medical health patients if the use becomes problematic. I'm pro choice when it comes to taking drugs, we don't treat alcoholics as criminals.

- Ending all government grants to sports teams and reallocating those funds to rebuilding the beautiful city. In my opinion, the livelihood and well being of our people is far more important than losing The Americas Cup for the third time consecutive. 45 million dollars could have gone a long way in Christchurch.

- Drafting articles of impeachment for John Key. I have evidence proving he's a corrupt man who's broken many laws. He must either unseat himself and apologise for what he's done to our country or face jail.

- Immediate deportation of all violent offenders if they're not born in New Zealand. We shouldn't be inviting violence into New Zealand, if they hurt our citizens, our taxes shouldn't be paying for them to live in our prisons. Deportation is not only the option, but the only option.

- Changing rules of Parliament to disallow any signs of approval or disapproval. We shouldn't be paying our MP's to behave like children, interjecting when somebody is asking or answering legitimate questions. It's an insult every taxpayer when a member of parliament interjects.

- I will donate every last dollar of my parliamentary salary to speed up the rebuild.

Peace and love

Adam Holland
