Rescue Helicopter Airlifts Boy With Broken Leg At Te Kaha

This afternoon the Tauranga based Trustpower TECT rescue helicopter was called to Te Kaha where a 6 year old Whakatane boy had run into the side of a moving car while running across a road.

He received a broken leg as a result, he was airlifted to Whakatane for further treatment.
