Spate of thefts in Invercargill

Spate of thefts in Invercargill


Police are investigating a series of thefts of cash and related items from Motels and B&B's around the Invercargill area over the last few days.

Police are wanting to identify and speak to the occupants of a 1994 white Toyota Caldina station wagon, registration WZ6539.

The occupants of this vehicle include a male and two females.

The females are Maoris and described as being aged between 20-25yrs old and of large build.

Should any moteliers or B&B operators be approached by this group or members of the public locate this vehicle could they contact the Police in the first instance.
