Fatal Crash SH50 Maraekakaho
Hawke's Bay Police are attending a two vehicle crash on State Highway 50, Maraekakaho in the Hastings District.
The driver of
one vehicle has died at the scene. Two children aged under 2
years were in the deceased driver's vehicle but are
unharmed. They are being cared for by family.
The
other driver does not have life threatening
injuries.
Serious Crash Unit are at the scene and
conducting an examination.
Diversions are in place at
SH50 and Kereru Road north of the crash scene and at SH50
and Tikokino Road south of the scene. Traffic Management
staff are managing
diversions.
